When you click to download the spreadsheet you will be presented with a File Download dialog box. You should select Save, to save this file to disk. In the Save As dialog box, either create a new folder or navigate to the folder where you want to save the spreadsheet, and then click Save. A Download completed dialog box will be displayed when the process is finished. From here you should double click the APAWorkbook2008v1.zip file to begin the extraction process (you must have zip software on your desktop). Instructions on using the APA spreadsheet can be found on a worksheet, within the spreadsheet, entitled User Guide. Macros must be enabled when opening the spreadsheet otherwise the automatic pre-population won't work. Your macro security level may need changing to a lower level (if this is permissible) to allow macros to be enabled. Once the spreadsheet has been used the macro security level should be returned to the previous setting.
